Instead of 8mm, there are now 10mm guide rails and a 6mm thick print bed with PEI spring steel plate. QIDI uses hardened steel for the gears of the direct drive extruder (gear ratio: 8:9:1) and integrates a filament cutter. This means that an automatic loading and unloading process for filament is now available. I missed this when testing the QIDI X-MAX 3. There is also now an automatic nozzle self-cleaning function.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\n With the QIDI Plus4, the manufacturer has made further improvements: technically through improved active build space heating, a revised hotend, and a larger build space, but also visually!
