Heat Treatment & Hardness HRC55-65

The nozzle is made of hardened steel, heat treatment, hardness HRC55-65, with super wear resistance, heat resistance, high hardness, and high toughness characteristics, long service life, compatible with most of the high-temperature printing materials on the market.

Hardened Tungsten Carbide Coating

After heat treatment, the surface tungsten carbide coating is hardened, the surface hardness is HV1500-2000, and the surface treatment has a very high hardness, its hardness is second only to diamond and alumina.
